Custom built new replica of Cuomo's Seafoam Green "Strat with high quality lightning strap"!
Being a big fan of this guitar and Weezer in general, I built this to look/ sound/ play like the real deal. I did a lot of research on all the specific components/mods/specs and used as many as possible. All built on a reliable Fender squier strat that's been meticulously fine tuned, "Set-Up" and upgraded!
Starting with the same custom Warmoth pickguard that Rivers has, then high output black and cream Humbuckers. The first knob is a volume control, the second is wired with a Black Ice diode that's in his guitar that gives you a passive roll-on distortion! Then a high quality lightning strap, 2 Volume knobs, and black bridge saddles to complete the look.(without tripling the price on the Warmoth strat and all the custom stickers)
This guitar has been carefully rebuilt, "Set-up" & tested: Neck straightness adjusted, frets polished & ends rounded smooth, fretboard oiled, action and 12th fret intonation set, pickup height optimized, ALL TO MY PERSONAL PREFERENCES.
